Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment opportunities
Assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers




Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience
Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to contribute to the growth of the bank's customer base.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
Proficient in the use of financial software and digital banking platforms
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
