Understand customer requirements through discussions, site visits, RFQs/RFPs/RFIs.Design customized logistics solutions, including:Warehouse layoutsManpower planningProductivity analysisProcess flow designCost modelingPrepare techno-commercial proposals with:P&LPricingSLAsOperational; modelsAcquire and onboard recent customers.Coordinate with sales, operations, transport, and IT teams.Build accurate cost models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.Manage bids and tenders end-to-end (analysis, solution design, submission, negotiation).Lead project implementation, handover, and go-live.Conduct market and competitor analysis.Focus on warehousing, transportation, and in-house logistics services.Educational Qualification

Preferred qualifications include:





Master's in Supply Chain ManagementIndustrial EngineeringMBA (Marketing/International Business)Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience.Preferred Skills
