Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide in office mechanical engineering support for wind turbine manufacturing and assembly operations at the Pune facility.
Analyze mechanical issues involving components, assemblies and production processes; identify root causes and recommend effective corrective actions.
Review manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and process requirements.
Work closely with production and quality teams to improve manufacturability, product quality and reliability.
Communicate technical findings, recommendations and issue-resolution progress clearly to internal teams, global technical teams, suppliers and customers as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or a related role.
Robust hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze mechanical and production issues systematically.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-functional and customer-facing discussions.
