Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing the operational management of complex cloud environments, leveraging AWS and Terraform to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with client SLAs. The individual drives process optimization, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and empowers teams through expert guidance and strategic problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and optimize AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available environments for large-scale operations.
Lead operational management by implementing advanced monitoring, incident response, and automation solutions with AWS CloudWatch, Lambda, and Terraform modules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance and introducing innovative automation and cost optimization techniques in AWS environments.




Mentor and empower the support team by providing expert guidance on Terraform scripting, AWS best practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Ensure compliance with client SLAs by proactively identifying risks, resolving critical incidents, and maintaining comprehensive operational documentation using AWS-native tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into robust cloud solutions, leveraging advanced AWS services and infrastructure-as-code principles.

Skill Requirements
Excellent Skills In Designing And Managing Infrastructure As Code With Terraform.
Advanced Proficiency In Cloud Operations, Automation, And Monitoring Within Aws Environments.
Strong Knowledge Of Aws Security, Compliance, And Cost Management Strategies.
Excellent Ability To Mentor Teams On Aws And Terraform Best Practices And Troubleshooting.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Large-Scale Cloud Settings.
