Role: Senior Business Analyst - GTM
Experience Level: 3 to 5 Years
Work location: Mumbai or Bangalore

Key Result Areas
The Sr. Business Analyst will support the GTM lead in building conversations with prospects and driving pilot projects along with the development teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Sales and business development support - researching prospects, generating leads, penetration strategies
• Marketing support - building case studies to be published externally,



designing/executing/monitoring campaigns, co-own marketing targets
• Research and whitepapers - building high quality research on AI-focused topics for internal and external consumption
• Pilot project management - Drive pilot projects - day-to-day project management and coordination with development teams for running pilots and monitoring milestones for successful onboarding

Desired Skills and Competencies
• Should be presently in a pre-sales or GTM role in an IT services organization
• Excellent research and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
• Robust stakeholder (both internal and external) management experience and good executive presence
• Working knowledge of AI and Machine Learning techniques

Qualification
Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (MBA from top-tier preferred)
