Job Summary
The Project Manager role blends solid engineering skills with leadership in both team management and project oversight. This position involves hands-on guidance and supervision of a mid-sized team, focusing on production support and solution delivery. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team consistently meets delivery standards and achieves excellence in all assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor engineers while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day technical work and project and team management activities.
• Guide team members on technical decisions, design approaches, and debugging techniques.




• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a solid engineering culture.
• Manage production support roasters, coordinate between support teams for daily support activities, incidents troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports for submission to internal and customer leadership.

Skill Requirements
• Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Deep practical knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ, including message ordering, retries, dead-letter queues, and throughput optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed system design.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment models.

Other Requirements
• Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
