Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting custom ABAP solutions for SAP HR modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to support SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (USA), Time Management, and Advantages.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement solutions to address complex HR business challenges and enhance system performance and usability.
• Perform unit testing,



integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review.
To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
