Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing in C#/.NET environments.
Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy to ensure optimal test coverage and minimize regression risks.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI) for continuous quality validation.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams to ensure testability and maintainability of solutions.
Drive adoption of best practices in quality assurance, test automation, and documentation.
Mentor and coach team members on test automation tools, techniques, and approaches.
Monitor, analyze, and report on testing results, proactively identifying issues before release.





Required Candidate Profile:
5–8 years of skilled experience in software testing, with a solid focus on test automation.
Expertise in C# test frameworks: xUnit, NUnit, MSTest.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Spec Flow.
Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI).
Understanding of Docker environments for testing and deployment scenarios.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
