Position Overview
As a Planning Engineer at Air Liquide Global E&C; Solutions (Yantai) Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and effective project execution. You will play a key role in project planning and control, collaborating with various teams to optimize resource allocation and project flow.
How You Will Contribute and Grow
• Create and Maintain Production Planning for each work center.
• Create and release the production order, Workshop Timesheet and Picking List on time.
• Follow the production progress of each Production order and confirm production status in SAP.
• Analyze the actual Hours per Work center, prepare baseline Hours for each Operation, and support Estimation to update database.
• Prepare Monthly package Load Report and package space Plan.
• Create the baseline Material requirement Plan (raw materials and semi finished products),



update and coordinate with work centers and warehouse on a weekly basis.
• Organize Monthly Free stock Review Meeting, Prepare purchasing requisition for Free stock materials which will be used for projects.
• Establish the Link with supporting Functions’ plan in order to optimize delivery capability.
Are You the Right Fit?
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Product Supply Management or related discipline.
• With 3 years’ planning or production management experience.
• Familiar with planning software: Primavera 6.0 and SAP PP/MM module.
• Valuable teamwork spirit and open minded.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese language.
