Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify recent business opportunities through research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their Dev Ops and monitoring needs, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The position requires consistent pipeline generation, meeting activity targets, and providing feedback on market trends and customer challenges.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to manage outreach, discovery conversations,



and opportunity qualification.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, handle objections, and collaborate with internal teams.
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, especially in Dev Ops or IT infrastructure domains, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with robust organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders and eager to learn about monitoring and Dev Ops tooling.
