Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center in Noida. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting our network systems and infrastructure, ensuring 24x7 uptime and performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain high service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network and server infrastructure using NOC tools and dashboards. Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues, escalations, and outages in a timely manner. Respond to alerts and incidents according to defined SLAs. Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and track resolution progress. Maintain documentation for systems, processes,



and troubleshooting procedures. Perform routine system checks, backups, and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with network, security, and system administrators to support infrastructure health. Generate incident and performance reports for management. Participate in on-call rotation and shift work (24x7 support model).

Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a NOC or IT operations role. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, switching). Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar. Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced 24x7 workplace with shift flexibility.

Other Requirements
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar. Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) are a plus.
