Job Summary
• Experience in writing content (Install/Admin/API guide/User guides/Configuration Guide/Command Reference Guide/Release Notes) for software products and applications.
• Exceptional knowledge in English grammar and language.
• Positive understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form.
• Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed.
• Must be solid in Technical Writing fundamentals (DDLC/Style Guide/Writing Style/Usages). Certification in technical communication (preferred)
• Work experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS).
• Knowledge on documentation tools, such as FrameMaker, Ixiasoft CMS, Oxygen, and MS Office applications.
• Should have work experience in agile methodology.




• Knowledge on fundamentals of telecommunications/networking (preferred).
• Should have mentoring/reviewing skills.
• Experience in leading a team (end-to-end support to the team).
• Should have followed best practices (preferred).
• Generate cutting-edge ideas/automate procedures for process improvements.
• CCNA certification (preferred).
• Good technical aptitude and attitude

Key Responsibilities
To provide guidance and direction to Technical Publications team
To understand the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicate with the customer to ensure that the maintenance and repair requirements are captured in the manuals.
To develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with Technical Publication Standards.
To understand the customer requirement.
To execute project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to team, and preparation of project status reports and ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output.
