Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing architectural leadership in BIOS automation and validation, driving the design and implementation of complex solutions that meet organizational and client objectives. The individual leverages cross-domain expertise to align technical strategies with business needs, establishes governance frameworks, and ensures technology adoption remains current. They guide and mentor teams, setting standards for quality and compliance across BIOS-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and architect end-to-end BIOS automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, and industry-standard test frameworks, aligning technical deliverables with strategic business objectives.
Design and oversee BIOS validation processes employing automation tools such as Robot Framework and Jenkins, ensuring robust coverage and adherence to quality benchmarks.
Establish technical governance for BIOS architecture by reviewing deliverables,



ensuring compliance with UEFI/firmware standards, and implementing best practices across the automation lifecycle.
Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging automation technologies and platforms into BIOS workflow, enhancing solution relevance and performance.
Develop and deliver technical training modules on BIOS automation and validation techniques, fostering team capability and minimizing delivery risks.

Skill Requirements
Architectural Leadership in BIOS automation and validation with expert proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and automation frameworks.
Deep understanding of UEFI, firmware development, and industry standards for BIOS.
Advanced proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated validation pipelines using Jenkins and Robot Framework.
Excellent skills in technical governance, compliance, and establishing best practices for BIOS solutions.
Solid capability to mentor, train, and develop technical teams in BIOS domain.

Other Requirements
Recommended: Certified Firmware Engineer (CFE) or equivalent BIOS/UEFI certification. Optional but valuable: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer.
