Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Architect And Design Change Management Solutions By Leveraging Itil Principles And Best Practices, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Standards And Client Expectations.
Develop And Implement Training Programs For The Team, Fostering Expertise In Change Management And Itil, And Mitigating Delivery Risks Through Skill Enhancement.




Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Address Specific Client Needs Within The Change Management Domain.
Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Change Management And Itil, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Relevant And Meet Industry Quality Standards.

Skill Requirements
Proficient In Change Management Methodologies And Itil Frameworks, With A Solid Understanding Of Service Management Principles.
Familiarity With It Service Management Tools Such As Servicenow (Snow), Bmc Remedy, And Ca Service Desk.
Solid Background In Managing Change Processes And Delivering Solutions Within A Structured Framework.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Clients And Team Members.

Other Requirements
Itil Foundation Certification Is Required; Advanced Itil Certifications Are Preferred.
Servicenow Administrator Certification Is Optional But Valuable.
