Job Summary
Role Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of .NET‑based healthcare solutions, combining robust technical expertise with delivery, stakeholder, and team management. The role requires hands‑on experience in C#/.NET full‑stack development, Azure DevOps (ADO), and healthcare domain or add‑ons, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and predictable delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery of .NET full‑stack healthcare projects
• Plan and execute delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ensure delivery commitments on scope, timeline, quality, and cost
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teams
• Review designs, code quality, and ensure engineering best practices
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps adoption using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
• Act as primary client and stakeholder interface
• Lead, mentor,



and develop cross‑functional engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA or equivalent)

Technical Skills
Backend: C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API
Frontend: Angular / React / Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScript
Database: SQL Server
DevOps: Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), Git
Cloud: Azure (preferred)
Domain Expertise
Experience delivering healthcare applications or healthcare add‑ons
Understanding of healthcare workflows, data security, and compliance

Key Responsibilities
To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with current technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
