Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning and Recruitment
Plan and execute manpower requirements for the MB channel in the allotted region.
Lead talent acquisition, including mass recruitment drives, with exposure to South and Northern India.
Coordinate with business heads to ensure timely placement of resources.

Employee Onboarding and Life Cycle Management
Facilitate employee onboarding as per bank policies.
Ensure smooth management of the employee life cycle from joining to exit.

Performance Management
Monitor and manage employee performance in the MB channel.
Support appraisal, feedback, and performance improvement processes.

HR Operations and Compliance
Manage HR operations for the MB channel, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.




Support Corporate HR/L&D; teams in implementing trainings, policies, and compliance requirements.

Employee Engagement
Work closely with business teams to ensure employees are engaged and motivated.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Eligibility:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within Microfinance or Banking domain.
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including mass recruitment.
Exposure to HR operations and employee life cycle management.
Willingness to relocate anywhere in India.
