Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities Supplier Customer:
• Define and develop role-based dashboards for SLAs/OLAs/KPIs for suppliers and Customer IT stakeholders.
• Finalize the reporting measurement and calculations in agreement with suppliers and Customer stakeholders.
• Collate, aggregate, validate and publish reports (from non-ITSM tools) from service providers specific to Availability reporting (refer Availability Management section).
• Create and publish SLA/OLA/KPI reports (from ServiceNow) for each process and each service provider.
• Provide comments and observations on each reporting matrices.
• Coordinate with technology teams to collate and aggregate capacity utilization reports, publish them on a periodic basis, drive actions to ensure sufficient capacity to support business and technology processes.
