Job Summary
24x7 monitoring of network devices and services using monitoring tools (e.g., alarms, dashboards) [JnJ | PowerPoint]
Initial incident detection & logging in ticketing systems (ServiceNow or equivalent)
Basic troubleshooting and issue validation using runbooks/KBs
Incident escalation to L2/L3 teams within defined SLAs
Alert review and acknowledgement (no write access to devices) [JnJ | PowerPoint]
Coordination with Field Services / Telcos for link or site issues
Pre‑check / Post‑check activities for planned maintenance (as guided)
Ticket updates, documentation, and closure as per process

Access & Scope
Read‑only access to network devices
Executes standard operating procedures only (no configuration changes)
