Job Summary
This role is responsible for architecting and driving the design of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions, integrating digital and verification technologies to meet complex business objectives. The position leads technical strategy, ensures alignment with industry standards, and fosters knowledge development to support high-performance and scalable product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Architect complex SoC solutions using Verilog and C/C++, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in hardware and firmware integration.
Lead verification strategy and implementation with UVM, defining methodologies and best practices to achieve robust functional coverage and validation.
Direct design reviews and oversee critical decisions in SoC architecture, guiding technical direction and resolving high-impact issues.
Mentor and upskill team members in advanced SoC design, Verilog, UVM, and C/C++,



promoting ongoing technical growth and risk mitigation.
Engage with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable SoC design and verification strategies.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to future-proof solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry benchmarks.

Skill Requirements
Expert proficiency in SoC architecture and integration, leveraging Verilog and C/C++ for complex hardware/software co-design.
Excellent knowledge of UVM-based verification methodologies for digital design validation.
Excellent technical leadership in architecting scalable and secure chip designs.
Advanced proficiency in synthesizing, simulating, and optimizing SoC systems using industry-standard EDA tools.
Excellent analytical skills for translating business goals into technical solutions and design strategies.

Other Requirements
Recommended: Certified Verification Engineer (CVE) or equivalent UVM/SoC certification.
Optional but valuable: ARM Accredited Engineer, IEEE Certified Qualified in Chip Design.
