Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and documentation activities in compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards. The candidate should possess exposure to TrackWise, SAP systems, and strong computer knowledge to support smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, store, issue, and dispatch raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods as per SOPs.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for expiry-controlled materials and maintain proper inventory rotation.
Maintain segregation of quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned materials in compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines.
Perform inventory monitoring, physical stock verification, cycle counting, and reconciliation with system records.




Maintain accurate warehouse documentation such as GRNs, issue slips, bin cards, logbooks, and stock registers.
Update and manage inventory transactions in SAP and maintain proper system accuracy.
Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature- and humidity-sensitive materials and monitor controlled areas regularly.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Planning, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement and dispatch activities.
Support audits, deviation handling, TrackWise activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety practices, and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company policies.

Key Focus Areas
Exposure to TrackWise systems.
Hands-on experience in SAP systems.
Valuable computer knowledge including MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations and compliance requirements.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace.
