We are seeking a qualified, high-ownership HR Generalist to independently lead our human resources function. This core people-facing role oversees the entire employee lifecycle—from sourcing, onboarding, and appraisals to offboarding—while building a positive, disciplined workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle & Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance appraisals, and grievance or disciplinary resolution.
Compliance & Policy: Manage compensation, perks, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT) while drafting transparent policies, appointment letters, and communications aligned with labor laws.
Data & Records: Maintain accurate HRIS and HR MIS records to support operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years of HR experience within the pharmaceutical industry; HR/Business degree required (MBA HR preferred).
Skills: Strong expertise in Indian labor laws, exceptional written/verbal English, MS Office proficiency, and a confident, proactive leadership style.
