Job Summary
1.Experience in Electromechanical product design
2.Experience in Sheet metal design, Machined component design
3.Experience in 3D concept development, 2D drawings Creation
4.knowledge in GD&T; and Tolerance analysis added Advantage
5.Experience in Engineering change management
6.Experience in BOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & drawing standard
7.New product Estimation & Planning

Key Responsibilities
1.Solid Experience in design of components with various manufacturing processes like, Stamping, Molding & Machining.
2.Disciplined team lead, ability to work independently and handle team
3.Experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;)
4.Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis.
5.Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly)




6.Robust knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic
7.Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
8.Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.
9.Experience with standard NPI / NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.
10.Hands on experience in Windchill PDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.
11.Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.
12.Excellent communication skills and Positive ‘can do’ and proactive attitude.
13.Quality mindset in design and documentation.

Skill Requirements
1.Robust proficiency in Design & Development - SolidWorks, including expert-level skills in modeling, sheet metal.
2.Hands-on experience in plastic and sheet metal design and modeling.
3.Practical experience with PLM tools, specifically Team Center/SAP.
4.Experience in concept generation, design, modeling, and GD&T; application.
5.Exposure to Medical domain products is an added advantage.
6.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
