Job Summary
Baseline requirements would be standard Power BI experience and proficiency. Major plusses would be:
• Experience with UKG or workforce/staffing data
• Experience with Epic Cogito/Clarity/Caboodle
• Experience with healthcare data
A nice-to-have but less significant would be:
• Experience with Qlikview, QVDs
We have an immediate need for someone to work on Power BI dashboards to support workforce/staffing analytics, hence the first bullet. This would be an urgent but shorter-term (3 months) need. After that, focus would shift to supporting the transition from Qlik to Power BI, the Fabric migration, and the integration of Epic data. This would extend through the Epic go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to discover insights and identify trends.




Develop and implement custom machine learning models and algorithms to support business objectives.
Create interactive and insightful visualizations using power bi to present data driven insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy for analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science to continuously improve data methodologies.

Skill Requirements
Robust proficiency in data science techniques and tools such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.
Proficiency in power bi for data visualization and reporting.
Advanced programming skills in python for data analysis and model development.
Solid understanding of database management and sql for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex data challenges efficiently.

Other Requirements
Relevant certifications in data science, Power BI, and Python are a plus.
