Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Executive located in Kolkata. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client services, handling client relations,



and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring project progress, and providing feedback and assistance to clients.

Qualifications
The candidate should be tactful and must have positive PR skill.
Must be versatile enough to communicate with the clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be positive enough in Hindi, English and Bengali
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
