Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Security Pre-Sales plays a critical role in ensuring the productive resolution of escalations and the delivery of services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This position is pivotal in driving organizational initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction, and overseeing operational excellence within the support and operations domain.

Key Responsibilities
Generate Tower-Level Revenue By Leveraging Security Pre-Sales Expertise And Developing Strategic Initiatives To Enhance Service Offerings And Client Engagement.
Ensure Timely Closure Of All Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations According To Agreed Service Level Agreement (Sla) Norms, Demonstrating Solid Leadership And Crisis Management Skills.




Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That All Services Are Delivered In Alignment With The Agreed Sow, Utilizing Tools And Methodologies Specific To Security Pre-Sales And Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc).
Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Implementing Frameworks And Initiatives That Enhance Service Delivery And Client Relationships, Utilizing Feedback To Drive Continuous Improvement.
Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives, Focusing On Optimizing Operational Efficiencies And Cost Management.

Skill Requirements
Solid Understanding Of Security Pre-Sales And Grc Principles.
Proficiency In Operational Management And Escalation Handling.
Familiarity With Service Delivery Frameworks And Sla Management.
