Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commodity Manager – Contingent Workforce to manage and optimize sourcing strategies for contingent labor (contractors, freelancers, staffing services, and managed service providers). This role will be responsible for driving cost efficiencies, supplier performance, compliance, and workforce agility while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and workforce category management, along with solid stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–7 years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Category Management, specifically in contingent workforce or staffing services.
Robust experience with vendor negotiation, contract management, and sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass).
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
