Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework.
Experience in incident and problem management processes.
Knowledge of IT service management tools.
Hands-on experience in configuration management databases (CMDB).

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
