Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on development experience to design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions. The role demands deep technical expertise across ServiceNow modules and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality customizations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
• Perform advanced scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
• Configure and enhance core modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Design and implement custom Service Portal widgets using HTML,



CSS, AngularJS.
• Develop reports and dashboards for operational and executive insights.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-secure development.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver requirements.

Skill Requirements
• 5–7 years of extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM module customizations.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, and security model.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Other Requirements
• ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification.
• Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or Custom App Development.
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
