Job Summary
Concur Implementation Lead, Support Activity, Tester
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur Expense implementations — from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Configure workflows, audit rules, expense policies, forms, and approval hierarchies.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design productive expense processes.
• Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party applications.
• Manage testing cycles, UAT coordination,



and post–go-live stabilization.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.
Skill Requirements
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur Expense configuration & implementation.
• Robust understanding of Travel & Expense lifecycle and compliance processes.
• Experience with forms, workflows, audit rules, and reporting.
• Integration knowledge with SAP Finance (ECC/S4HANA).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Concur Certification — Mandatory (Must Have).
