Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will engage in a agile setting where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects,



ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
