Job Summary
Provide L3 support, configuration, and optimization for the SolarWinds platform to enable proactive monitoring, event correlation, and performance visibility across network and infrastructure environments

Key Responsibilities
Utilize Solarwinds Npm To Enhance Operational Systems By Developing Dashboards And Reports That Facilitate Improved Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.
Implement Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks, Thereby Optimizing Business Processes And Supporting Organizational Planning.




Engage With Clients To Fully Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Is Aligned And Meeting Client Expectations.
Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Establishing Explicit Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering An Workplace Of Collaboration And Accountability.
