Key Responsibilities

Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations In O365 Service Delivery.
Lead And Mentor The Project Team,

Drive Innovation In O365 Processes By Introducing Current Ideas And Methodologies For Continuous Improvement And Organizational Progress.
