Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within cloud environments.
Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various business applications.
Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
