Job Summary
Responsible for application support for Cerner Clinical Applications related to CPOE and provider documentation. Managing ServiceNow incidents and requests, perform troubleshooting, and coordinates with clinical users to ensure reliable and productive PowerChart workflows.

Ordering & Care Planning: Cerner Orders (non-Lab/Rad/Pharmacy), PowerPlans, Quick Orders, Activities/Interventions
Clinical Documentation: PowerNotes, Clinical/Physician Notes, Dynamic Documentation
Ambulatory & Mobile: PowerChart Ambulatory, PowerChart Touch, Ambulatory Organizer, Camera Capture
Messaging & Task Management: Message Center/Message Pools, MPTL, Agile Worklists
Clinical Reference & Reporting: ClinicalKey, UpToDate, DA2 Physician Reports
Patient & Multimedia Tools: NeoData, LTC MDS, iPet, Multimedia Manager, Sonifi, Letters




Shift - India Night Shift - Need to support Client Business Hours US - 8 AM - 5 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities
To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
To provide technical guidance to junior developers.
To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
