Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Windows Server Administrator resources for the Wintel Operations Team to support enterprise infrastructure operations. The resources will be responsible for incident management, server provisioning, patching, operational support, and migration activities across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Candidates should also have experience supporting server migration/transition activities, including cloud migrations and infrastructure transitions to external/partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 operational support for Windows server infrastructure in enterprise settings. Handle incident,



service request, and problem management activities as per defined SLAs. Perform server provisioning, build, configuration, and decommissioning activities. Support Windows patching activities, including pre-checks, post-checks, compliance validation, and issue troubleshooting. Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, availability, and OS-level issues. Coordinate with application, network, storage, backup, and security teams for issue resolution. Manage routine administrative tasks such as:
• User/group administration
• Service management
• Disk/volume expansion

Skill Requirements
Robust expertise in Windows Server administration across enterprise environments. Advanced knowledge in:
• Incident and problem management
• Windows patching and issue remediation
• Server provisioning and build standards
• Performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting
Solid experience in VMware/vSphere infrastructure.
