Job Summary
The Senior Administrator for Support & Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support for On-Premise Active Directory systems. This position is essential for troubleshooting complex incidents and conducting root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain DNS zones and records to support AD functionality and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot DNS-related issues such as stale records, zone transfer failures, name resolution delays, and agile updates.
• Implement DNS scavenging policies, secure zone configurations, and monitor DNS health using tools like dnscmd, nslookup, and event logs.




• Ensure tight integration between DNS and AD, especially for SRV records and domain controller location services.
• Work in an enterprise multi-directory workplace handling service requests, incidents, problem management, and change requests related to ADS and its associated services.
• Microsoft Entra Connect Sync: Configure and maintain hybrid identity synchronization between on-premises AD and Microsoft Entra ID. Monitor synchronization health, troubleshoot common errors (e.g., duplicate attributes, filtering misconfigurations), manage
