Job Summary
Network lead

Key Responsibilities
• Handle L2-level incidents escalated from Network L1 within defined SLAs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network issues.
• Identify root cause and support problem management and RCA documentation.




• Provide timely updates and transparent communication to stakeholders during incidents.

Skill Requirements
Networking Fundamental TCP/IP, OSI model, subnetting, VLANs, trunking Routing & switching concepts (STP, OSPF, BGP – operational level)
Technologies WAN: MPLS, SD‑WAN, Internet VPN LAN: Cisco/Aruba/Juniper switching Wireless: Enterprise WLAN basics Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco ASA (L2 operational level)
Load Balancers: F5 / Citrix Netscaler (basic ops)

Tools
ServiceNow / ITSM tools Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, NMS, PRTG) CLI (SSH, basic scripting helpful)

Other Requirements
Resource onboarded for offshoring the network position from onsite
