Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal candidate with hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, service agreements, and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), NDAs, and other commercial contracts
Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements
Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate them
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and operations teams
Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control
Support in handling client/vendor contract-related queries




Assist in legal research and compliance-related activities

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
2+ years of experience in contract drafting and review, especially in SaaS and service agreements
Solid understanding of contract law and commercial terms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment
Comfortable working in night shift (US time zones)

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with IT/consulting or SaaS-based companies
Exposure to international contracts (US/Global clients)
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
