Job Summary
To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program.

Key Responsibilities
Track project milestones and deliverables using Microsoft Project and internal IT tools to ensure adherence to program timelines and budgets.
Assist in collating project documentation and reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for program status updates within the team.
Support integration activities by coordinating task assignments and follow-ups using collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
Monitor program quality benchmarks by maintaining checklists and assisting in internal quality reviews.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around program progress, risks, and actionable items.
