Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished HEAD Projects to lead the delivery of large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects across India. The role will be responsible for driving project execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring world-class standards in engineering, construction, safety, quality, commercial performance, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex infrastructure programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-value projects within stringent timelines while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Leadership
Lead the complete lifecycle of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and client handover.
Develop execution strategies that accelerate project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.




Drive consistent project governance, reporting, and performance monitoring across multiple concurrent sites.
Establish standardized project management frameworks and execution protocols across the organization.

Engineering & Technical Excellence
Oversee integration of critical electrical, mechanical, and utility systems required for high-availability facilities.
Ensure seamless coordination between design consultants, engineering teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
Guide the adoption of advanced technologies and cutting-edge infrastructure solutions to enhance facility performance and efficiency.
Review technical designs and execution methodologies to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational resilience.

Commercial & Financial Management
Own overall financial performance of the project portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability.
