Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Technology to lead the organization's technology and product strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, driving the development of scalable digital platforms while leading high-performing engineering, product, and design teams. This role requires close collaboration with the CTO to align technology initiatives with business goals and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the organization's technology and product vision.
Design and scale secure, user-centric web and mobile platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Design, and UX.
Drive Agile product development and roadmap execution.
Implement best practices in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform security.
Build scalable data architecture and ensure ethical data governance.
Collaborate with government, operations,



and fundraising teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends to drive innovation.
Partner with the CTO on organizational technology strategy.

Required Skills & Expertise:
15+ years of experience in technology and product leadership.
Robust experience building and scaling large digital platforms.
Expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and secure system architecture.
Proven leadership in product strategy, UX, and engineering execution.
Experience working with scalable data platforms and analytics.
Ability to identify operational challenges and implement technology-driven solutions.
