Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide end‑to‑end technical leadership for Salesforce implementations
Design scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce architectures
Guide teams on LWC, Apex classes, and Lightning Flows
Act as technical escalation point for production issues
Analyze existing systems and propose innovative improvements
Own build vs buy decisions, including AppExchange evaluations
Coordinate and communicate across multiple builds/projects
Manage delivery from Salesforce consulting partners
Ensure quality and ownership of all technical deliverables

Skills Required
Strong Salesforce architecture experience
Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Lightning Flows
Experience leading distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills

Positive to Have
Salesforce Mobile Publisher experience

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language.




Create lightning components and modify existing lightning components to enhance salesforce functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects to deliver high-quality solutions.
Customize and configure salesforce applications based on user requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for salesforce platform related issues.
Stay updated on salesforce best practices, recent features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning framework.
Experience in designing and developing custom solutions within salesforce platform.
Robust understanding of salesforce configurations, visualforce pages, and apex classes.
Knowledge of salesforce integration, data migration, and implementation best practices.

Other Requirements
