Key Responsibilities
Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Production Control And Scheduling Tasks Using Sysops Tools To Ensure Compliance And Operational Excellence.
Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Root Cause Analysis To Identify Underlying Problems And Implement Effective Solutions In Production Environments.




Lead Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training Current Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Performance And Operational Efficiency.
Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within The Agreed Sla For Ticket Volume And Response Time, Utilizing Production Control Techniques To Optimize Workflow.
Ensure A Positive Customer Experience And High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases Through Effective Troubleshooting And Support.
