Job Summary
Monitor and manage the health, stability, and performance of Kubernetes clusters and associated cloud resources.

Execute deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes in Kubernetes settings, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot application, cluster, and platform-level issues in Kubernetes environments, performing root cause analysis to minimize recurrence and downtime.

Coordinate incident resolution efforts with cross-functional teams and contribute to post-incident reviews and reports, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Skill Requirements




Support and enhance CI/CD pipeline processes for containerized applications, integrating infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, etc.) into deployment workflows.

Develop and refine automation scripts and playbooks (e.g., Ansible, GitLab CI) to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

Other Requirements
Collaborate closely with onshore L1 support engineers, development teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs, knowledge transfer, and alignment on platform changes and issues.

Provide timely updates, documentation, and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders, fostering a proactive and transparent support workplace.
