Job Summary
A Qualified Services Lead is responsible for architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, collaborating closely with product and customer teams, and driving successful adoption of GenAI-enabled products.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with product engineering and customer teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered enterprise product engagements.
• Act as a bridge between customers and product organizations to ensure solution success.
• Support teams in leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, finetuning, and ML models.
• Provide technical guidance on solution design, feasibility, best practices, and performance optimization.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies, deployment models, and scalability plans.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and drive resolution across product and customer.

Skill Requirements
• Prior experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade product solutions.
• Robust hands-on knowledge of GenAI, especially enterprise product use cases.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG, finetuning, vector stores, and ML workflows.
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate between product engineering teams and customer organizations effectively.
