Role Description The Loyalty Program Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing client loyalty programs on the Loyyal platform. This role includes managing program setup and configuration, monitoring key performance metrics, and recommending data-driven enhancements to increase member engagement and program value. The Loyalty Program Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, design effective loyalty strategies, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal product and technical teams, preparing performance reports, conducting program health reviews,



and supporting clients with best practices and training. The role also involves staying informed about loyalty and blockchain trends to help clients innovate and maintain a competitive edge.

Experience with loyalty programs and customer loyalty, with the ability to design and optimize member engagement initiatives.
Program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
Robust analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations.
Background in SaaS, fintech, or digital products; familiarity with blockchain or emerging technologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
