Role Description
Develop accurate structural BIM models using Revit Structure.
Prepare RC CAD detailing and reinforcement drawings based on structural design.




Create and modify structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other RCC components.
Produce GA drawings, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to resolve design clashes.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and quality requirements.
Update models and drawings based on design revisions.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Structural BIM Modelling and RC CAD detailing.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD and RC CAD detailing.
Experience working on residential building projects is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of RCC structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
