Job Summary
A ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, customizes, and integrates applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service management and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Create and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Customization and Configuration: Tailor screens, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Integration: Develop integrations with third-party systems or other ServiceNow instances using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
Testing and Deployment: Deploy solutions in test settings, perform unit testing, validate technical solutions, and migrate customizations to production.
Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support,



and ensure platform stability and performance.
Documentation and Training: Maintain configuration documentation, create user guides, and train end-users on ServiceNow functionality.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to gather requirements, participate in SCRUM meetings, and provide technical guidance.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, follow ITIL processes, and stay updated with ServiceNow releases and features.

Skill Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, AJAX, and ServiceNow APIs.
ServiceNow Modules: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Catalog development.
Platform Tools: Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) for security management.
Problem-Solving: Robust analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
