• Lead SOC readiness validation across people, process, and technology.
• Oversee implementation of SIEM/SOAR operational workflows.
• Certify SOC analysts and ensure adherence to Cummins incident handling expectations.
• Manage transition risks and stabilize operations post go live.
• Coordinate with Cummins SOC, IRR, and infrastructure teams.
