Job Summary
This position involves leading a team in software testing using tools like Jira and Python. The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the team to deliver accurate and effective testing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software testers in executing test plans and strategies.
Design and develop test scenarios and test cases based on requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing using python scripts.
Report and track defects using jira, ensuring timely resolution.




Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in testing.
